At Global Chill Farm, the fruits and vegetables we grow are 100% organic, cultivated with deep respect for nature and a commitment to promoting biodiversity. We nourish our soil with compost prepared several months before planting — a rich mix of horse manure, straw, and various organic materials. We also add biochar, a natural soil enhancer that helps retain water and nutrients.

Circle of Water

During winter, we collect precious rainwater and guide it into our storage lake. This natural reservoir becomes the heart of our water system, storing enough to keep the gardens alive and thriving throughout the long, dry summer months. By capturing and reusing rainwater, we work in harmony with nature – reducing waste, conserving resources, and ensuring that our plants, trees, and vegetables can flourish even in the driest season.
